Purpose of processing
Purpose A: To log website visits based on IP address in order to analyse visitor numbers and the pages retrieved
Purpose B: To log the system results with IP address to repair errors
Purpose C: Google Analytics serves to analyse the usage of this website by its users. Google uses Page Views to record customer data relating to the technical properties and activities of your website’s visitors. This customer data is analysed by the processing software to create reports which may contain information on aspects such as visit duration, approximate geographic origin, origin of the visitor traffic, exit pages and usage processes.
Purpose D: To use DoubleClick to enable a more target approach to advertising, and to employ interactive advertising campaigns.
Purpose E: Newsletter subscriptions and mailing serve to generate orders and send information about our company and its products and services.

Legal basis of processing
Purposes A, B, C and D are actioned based on justified interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 f EU GDPR
Purpose E is actioned based on the voluntary consent of the affected party pursuant to Art. 6 Para.1 a EU GDPR.

Processor’s justified interests
Regarding purpose A: The website serves to attract new contractual partners and send information to interested parties. Data from purpose A is collected in order to measure the effectiveness of this site and optimise the site based on this data.
Regarding purpose B: The system results are stored and analysed in order to permanently ensure the technical availability of the site. To ensure any deliberately caused incidents can be identified and prevented, all incidents are stored together with IP addresses.
Regarding purpose C: The website serves to attract new contractual partners and send information to interested parties. As such, it is important to optimally tailor the site to visitors’ needs, and ensure maximum reach is achieved. The data is collected in order to measure the effectiveness of these measures.
Regarding purpose D: We use DoubleClick to improve our advertising, optimise value for money, and target the use of advertising.
